Meet Trish & Amy

With decades of combined experience in Deaf Education, leadership, and systems-level consulting, Trish Lopucki and Amy Wotring bring a uniquely powerful partnership to the field. As co-founders of Access Ability DHH Consulting, they work shoulder-to-shoulder with schools, districts, and agencies to transform outcomes for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.

What makes this team different? Trish and Amy are not just consultants – they’re collaborators. They’ve walked in the shoes of DHH teachers, teacher consultants, and special education administrators. They understand the daily realities, the system-wide challenges, and the urgent need for change. Their expertise spans everything from early childhood systems to program evaluation, strategic planning, and instructional coaching – all grounded in data, best practice, and real-life experience.

Their bilingual-bicultural, equity-centered lens ensures inclusive support for all DHH learners – whether they use ASL, spoken language, or both. Together, Trish and Amy bring clarity, compassion, and action to the systems that serve Deaf and Hard of Hearing children.
