Overview of Support Service

Coaching

Access Ability DHH provides virtual coaching sessions focused on DHH program implementation, problem solving, and leadership development. Coaching may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, with sessions typically lasting one hour. Topics are tailored to the unique needs of the administrator or district contact to build internal capacity, strengthen decision-making, and promote program coherence.

Data Review

Our data review services provide districts with a comprehensive analysis of student performance, IEP trends, staffing patterns, and systemic access—examined through a DHH-specific lens. This includes:

  • Review of IEPs
  • Staff interviews
  • Analysis of service delivery models

Findings are compiled in a written report to guide strategic planning and improve alignment of services. While we often work independently after receiving system access, collaborative input from local teams is welcome and encouraged.

Professional Learning

AADHH offers customized professional learning opportunities, including:

  • Full- or half-day workshops
  • PLC facilitation
  • Conference-style sessions
  • Asynchronous or hybrid formats

Sessions are tailored for DHH educators, related service providers, and administrators, and focus on language access, literacy, and systems-level service design. We offer flexibility to deliver sessions independently or alongside district leaders.

Retainer Services

Our retainer model offers districts flexible, on-demand consultation billed at our standard hourly rate. These services may include:

  • Phone or email consultation
  • Document review
  • Participation in meetings
  • Short-term project support

This is an ideal solution for districts needing responsive consultation without committing to a long-term or fixed-scope agreement.
